Lonnie Wayne Burke can be a vicious criminal, but lacks the vision to make it big like Ted Bundy
or The Son of Sam.  Enter Manny, a talent agent who sees Lonnie's talent and takes him under
his wing.  Together they craft the most devious serial murderer America has ever seen:  The
